Susan Beal (1/9/2011 9:57:43 AM)I really enjoy using this product. It provides a nice tingle at the initial application. When I use lipstick over it, it keeps the lipostick from feathering. I often just use the lip plumper by itself.
Pros: It provides a nice tingle at the initial application. When I use lipstick over it, it keeps the lipostick from feathering. I like using it as a lip gloss. It has a refreshing fragrance.
Cons: I cannot really say it plumps my lips, but then my lips haven't really decreased over time.
